Standard Texas Hold'em with Bid'em poker:
Two cards in hand of each player... the Flop... the Turn... the River...

After playing the standard game of Texas Hold'em or Omaha, and having bet and turned the community cards, now instead of showing cards at the end, there is one more round. This round consists of an auction bid where the succesful bidder controls the next card in the deck. The player may use this card to change the board by replacing a card in order to improve the hand or "burn" the card to protect what is already there.
